Sia is not one to shy away from an opportunity. After giving loads of notable television performances on everything from Ellen to SNL to Seth Meyers, the pop songwriter and singer is back on daytime TV again celebrating something particularly notable: Ellen’s birthday.
On the final day of Ellen’s birthday week, Sia dropped by to give a live production of her latest single, “Elastic Heart.” And while Shia LeBeouf did not show up to reenact his music video dance for Ellen’s soccer mom crowd, young Maddie Ziegler made the trip.

The resulting performance saw Ziegler lead a group of lookalikes through a an interpretive performance of the song. Look closely and you’ll notice Sia is in the back left, with her wig pulled over her eyes, continuing the tradition of hiding in plain sight that is a mark of a live Sia performance these days.
“Elastic Heart” comes off Sia’s 1000 Forms of Fear, released last year.
